How to use a whisky smoker?

Pour the drink into a stable glass and place the wooden smoker base so that it fits tightly to the rim. Add a small amount of selected chips, cover with the lid, and heat with a torch for about 5–10 seconds until smoke begins to rise. Keep the lid closed for 30–60 seconds to allow the drink to absorb the aroma, then remove the lid and serve. Before use, the torch must be filled with lighter gas.
