Warranty & Returns Policy

Warranty

  • All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery (unless stated otherwise).
  • The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that occur when the product is used as intended.

The warranty does not apply if the product:

  • has been damaged due to improper use, storage, or negligence,
  • shows signs of mechanical damage (e.g., impacts, scratches, breakage),
  • has been repaired or disassembled by unauthorized persons,
  • has been used for purposes other than intended,
  • has naturally worn out through regular use (e.g., normal daily wear and tear).

Returns & Exchanges

  • If the product is defective, we will replace it with a new one or issue a refund.
  • A purchase receipt or order number is required.

Non-defective items may be returned within 15 days if they are:

  • unused,
  • undamaged,
  • in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was received).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days from the shipping date.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.

Delays

  • Shipments may be delayed during holidays and sales periods.
  • Delivery times may also be affected by courier services or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
  • If you have not received your order within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us.

Additional Information

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • If a shipment is not collected and is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • We will always provide updates regarding your order status.
