Warranty

• All products come with a 30-day warranty (unless stated otherwise).
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur when the product is used as intended.

The warranty does not apply if the product:
• is damaged due to improper use, storage, or negligence,
• has been repaired by unauthorized persons,
• has been used not according to its intended purpose.

Returns and Exchanges

• If the product is defective – we will replace it with a new one or issue a refund.
• A purchase receipt or order number must be provided.

Non-defective products can be returned within 15 days if they are:
• unused,
• undamaged,
• in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer (except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect).

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after the returned product is approved.
• The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Policy

• Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days.
• Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Delays

• During holidays and sales periods, shipments may be delayed.
• If you have not received your order within 15 business days, please contact us immediately.
