Warranty
- All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery (unless stated otherwise).
- The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that occur when the product is used as intended.
The warranty does not apply if the product:
- has been damaged due to improper use, storage, or negligence,
- shows signs of mechanical damage (e.g., impacts, scratches, breakage),
- has been repaired or disassembled by unauthorized persons,
- has been used for purposes other than intended,
- has naturally worn out through regular use (e.g., normal daily wear and tear).
Returns & Exchanges
- If the product is defective, we will replace it with a new one or issue a refund.
- A purchase receipt or order number is required.
Non-defective items may be returned within 15 days if they are:
- unused,
- undamaged,
- in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (except in cases where the product is defective or an incorrect item was received).
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Policy
- Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days from the shipping date.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday).
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
- Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.
Delays
- Shipments may be delayed during holidays and sales periods.
- Delivery times may also be affected by courier services or other circumstances beyond our control.
- The seller is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
- If you have not received your order within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us.
Additional Information
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- If a shipment is not collected and is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
