Recently, stricter legislation has come into force in some European countries (e.g., Germany), prohibiting the use of mobile phones or other devices while driving, unless a hands-free solution is used. This also applies to CB radios when the microphone needs to be held in hand and the PTT button pressed. A CB radio with an integrated VOX function, compatible with a special VOX microphone (e.g., B9W), is an excellent solution that allows you to comply with current regulations.
