WARRANTY SERVICE TERMS

We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the goods or services they purchase. This warranty policy outlines the terms and procedures that apply to the goods we sell.

  • Product warranty

All items we sell are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use. The warranty does not apply to:

If the item has been damaged due to careless handling, misuse, accidents or other external factors.

If the product has been repaired or modified by unauthorized persons.

If the product was used for purposes other than its intended purpose or without following the instructions for use provided.

If you request a refund after the warranty period has expired, we will be forced to deny it.

  • Returns and exchanges

If the product is covered by warranty and has a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with the option to exchange it. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service team with your receipt or other proof of purchase.

  • Return of goods without warranty

If you wish to return an item that is not defective, the return terms depend on our sales policy. The item must be undamaged, unused, and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

  • Warranty service procedures

To make use of the warranty, please contact our customer service team. Please provide the following information:

Purchase receipt or order number.

Product description and defect details.

Your contact details (name, surname, address, telephone number and email).

  • Warranty limitations

The warranty does not apply to goods that have been damaged due to improper storage, use or transportation. The warranty also does not apply to natural wear and tear of the goods or if any alteration or modification has been made.

  • Legal provisions

The warranty and return terms do not violate your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Delivery time

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Standard delivery time is from 3 to 14 business days , depending on your location and the product you choose.

  • Important information

Delivery may be slightly delayed during holidays or during periods of intense sales when the number of orders increases. If you do not receive your shipment within 14 business days, please contact us without delay - we will quickly clarify the situation and provide all the necessary information. Please also note that shipments to more distant or remote regions may take a little longer than usual.
