Returns and refunds
How to initiate a return?
Levitara.lt provides a 14-day money-back guarantee; if the items are not suitable, you do not like them, or you have changed your mind, you can return your order by emailing us at info@levitara.lt, providing your order number and stating that you wish to return the order. The order must be returned in its original packaging without any damage, and the items must not have been used.
How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive your returned order and inspect the condition of the items, we will refund your money within 1-2 business days.
What should I do if the item arrived damaged or defective?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all most popular banks in Lithuania, as well as payments via Visa and MasterCard.
Is my payment information safe?
Your data is completely safe and stored in accordance with all European laws.
Do you offer installment payments or financing?
We do not currently offer installment payments.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel your order after it has been placed by contacting us at info@levitara.lt, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.
