Returns and Refunds
How to initiate a return?
Levitara.lt provides a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the products did not suit you, you didn't like them, or you changed your mind, you can return your order by writing an email to info@levitara.lt, specifying your order number and stating that you wish to return the order. The order must be returned in its original packaging without any damage, and the products must not have been used.
How long does a refund take?
Upon receiving your returned order, after inspecting the product's condition, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
What should I do if the product arrived damaged or defective?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major banks in Lithuania, as well as Visa and MasterCard payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Your data is completely secure and protected in accordance with all European laws.
Do you offer installment payments or financing?
We do not currently offer installment payments.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
You can cancel an order after placing it by contacting us at levitara.lt@gmail.com if your order has not yet been shipped.
